    Our manufacturing process employs 400 machines: LONATI SERIA 400; MATEC HF66; SANTONI SHP90
    With our modern machinery and specialist supervision we manufacture 3 000 000 pairs of hosiery products.

  • Sewing Machines – toe sewing and circular machines

    Automatic sewing machines: circular, autolap, overlock – 65 pcs
    Automatic toe sewing machines – 14 TAKATORI and DETEXOMAT machines

  • Gusset knitting machines and gusset seamers

    Automatic gusset knitting machines – Krenzler - 5 pcs
    Automatic sewing machines – gusset seamers – 10 GUSSETER machines

  • Tights Dyeing Shop

     Our special focus is on quality product finishing. Full colour palette of the products and colour customisation is our strong advantage.
    At the final dyeing stage we can apply moisturisers to improve the comfort of wearing our products: Dream Skin, Aloes, Coffeina, Collagen.

    14 dyeing machines fitted out with water treatment and wastewater disposal systems (state-of-the-art system that prevents harmful substances produced in the course of dyeing from being released into the environment)

  • Drying and Metals Detection

    We boast 2 STALAM drying machines.
    After drying all our hosiery products go through a metals detector, which ensures product safety.

  • Stabilisation Shop

    Most hosiery products undergo the stabilisation process. We have 10 CORTESE (electrical)machines and 4 TINARELLI steam machines. In the course of stabilisation each pair of tights is tested for quality.

  • Packaging Shop

    The Packaging Shop employs 80 staff. This enables perfect control of our products. Our monthly packaging capacity is as high as 1 500 000 pairs.
    The packaging stage involves the final product quality control. This guarantees top quality of our products.
